Dinocrates CTO Jim St. Clair will participate as a panelist at the 2018 Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC) at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, OR this week. The annual event (formerly known as the MMIS Conference) brings together thought leaders from the public and private sectors to share ideas and information related to Medicaid systems and initiatives.
St. Clair will participate on a panel entitled “Blockchain: from Bitcoin to Medicaid Business Transformation.” Part of MESC’s Cutting Edge track, the panel will provide an overview of the technical architecture of blockchain, discuss its more popular variations, outline its business value and highlight use cases. The session will compare blockchain solutions to the Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) and suggest ways that blockchain can integrate into modular Medicaid enterprise systems.
St. Clair leads Dinocrates’ Blockchain Advisory Services, which helps guide customers through the understanding, application, and adoption of blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT). Dinocrates’ Blockchain Advisory Services leverages the Dinocrates Agile Innovation Framework (AiF™), a process that quickly vets and determines the viability of innovation ideas through a structured and repeatable approach, then incorporates the results into the client’s business/technology alignment approach.
