Dinocrates Group Chief Technology Officer Jim St. Clair will share his insights and thought leadership on blockchain technology at two major events today and tomorrow in Washington, D.C.
Today, St. Clair is kicking off the Insight Exchange Network’s Healthcare on the Blockchain event with a Blockchain 101 workshop for leadership-level attendees who need to cut through the hype and get practical education in evaluating the business potential, risks, and costs of implementing blockchain technology. This industry-agnostic primer will provide essential terminology and concepts for attendees looking for an introduction to blockchain, its current applications, and how to integrate this technology with existing systems.
On Wednesday May 2, 2018, St. Clair will lead and moderate a panel on blockchain at the annual National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) IT Security Conference. St. Clair will provide an introduction to blockchain and then lead a panel discussion entitled Blockchain and Cybersecurity – Challenges and Solutions. The panel will discuss federal contract compliance and blockchain, security considerations for blockchain and the federal Risk Management Framework (RMF), and blockchain and application security.
St. Clair leads Dinocrates’ Blockchain Advisory Services, which helps guide customers through the understanding, application, and adoption of blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT). Dinocrates’ Blockchain Advisory Services leverages the Dinocrates Agile Innovation Framework (AiF™), a process that quickly vets and determines the viability of innovation ideas through a structured and repeatable approach, then incorporates the results into the client’s business/technology alignment approach.
